1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns once shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Email us within 7 days at [email protected]

- Include your order number and photos of the issue

We will resend or refund the affected item.

3. Lost Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot issue refunds. If lost in transit, we will assist with a claim.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
